Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Team Coordinator to join their team in Uxbridge on a part time, 10-month temporary basis (21 hours per week). Please only apply if you are looking for part time hours. As a Team Coordinator, you will provide diary, international and local events and administrative support to a commercial team. You will have a positive can-do attitude and be able to multitask and assess the team's priorities. Key Responsibilities Coordinating projects Diary management, travel arrangements and personal administration for the Director Preparing the Director's daily schedule whilst ensuring deadlines are being followed through Drafting contracts, raising POs and handling incoming correspondence Expense monitoring, filing and managingRequirements Previous admin experience particularly in the pharmaceutical industry Extensive diary and travel arrangements/management Project management experience Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills A good understanding of SharePoint is advantageous Efficient and well organised individual with great attention to detail Meticulous individual with strong time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPark Street People Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
