Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning Management System Administrator located in Chester. The Learning Management System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), providing technical support and troubleshooting, and ensuring system functionality and efficiency. The role involves working closely with clients, trainers, and internal staff to create and enhance instructional materials, facilitate communication, and support the implementation of instructional design strategies.
Qualifications
* System Administration and Learning Management skills
* Excellent Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
* Instructional Design expertise and experience in creating educational content
* Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to adapt to new technologies and learning tools
* Prior experience in Cornerstone On Demand is a plus
