Job Title: Business Skills Coach
We are seeking a Business Skills Coach to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality training programmes to develop apprentices' knowledge, skills, and behaviours for the Level 3 and 5 Leadership and Management Programmes.
Location: Hybrid working model with remote work and occasional travel to customer sites and our central London office. All travel expenses will be paid, and candidates should have an easy commute to London.
Core Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver personalised learning programmes supporting apprentices in gaining required knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
2. Contribute to assessment, eligibility, onboarding, and induction processes.
3. Provide individual coaching, arrange visits, and support apprentices in developing workplace skills.
4. Assess apprentices against criteria, provide constructive feedback, and manage e-portfolios.
5. Conduct assessments within set timeframes and monitor progress.
6. Utilise e-portfolios and virtual learning environments effectively.
7. Deliver face-to-face and virtual classroom sessions.
8. Track progress, conduct reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
9. Maintain accurate records and support programme development.
10. Engage in CPD activities and support other qualifications as needed.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified trainer and assessor with experience in Level 3 and 5 Apprenticeships.
* Industry experience in a senior management role.
* Effective in managing learners and caseloads.
* Proficient with technology to enhance service delivery.
* Proven track record as an outstanding or good trainer/assessor.
* Target-driven with a history of achieving objectives.
* Delivery experience of Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeships is desirable.
* Experience with Ofsted inspections and ESFA funding is advantageous but not essential.
