Responsibilities for the role of Sales Manager:

9. Accurately value properties and present them effectively to secure the best possible price
10. Work closely with colleagues to match the right buyers with the right homes
11. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including solicitors and mortgage lenders
12. Proactively identify new leads, nurture opportunities, and generate fresh business
13. Support the Branch Manager in motivating the team and contributing to a high‑performing branch culture
