Sales Team Manager
(LEGO - Working for Powerforce)
Full Time, Permanent role Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus + Company Car + Fuel Card
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekTerritory: Guilford, Woking, Kingston, Croydon, Tunbridge Wells, Norwich & surrounds
You will be working for Powerforce as a Regional Sales Team Manager on our LEGO UK Team.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing, training, and developing a team of 10 LEGO Brand Ambassadors
* Motivating and inspiring the team to deliver excellence in calls
* Leading the regional team, instilling a passion for performance and achievement, and driving ROI for LEGO
* Suggesting and developing new ways of working to drive the account forward
* Developing team operating standards using insights and data for continuous improvement
* Embedding LEGO’s and Powerforce’s values across the team
* Creating a positive team environment encouraging interaction and creativity
* Ensuring company standard operating systems are followed
* Managing performance and addressing issues as needed
In order to be considered for the role, you must have:
* Strong people management experience, ideally in Retail or Toy sectors
* Proven success in developing and leading teams
* A focus on increasing sales performance
* A hands-on approach to performance growth
* Innovative thinking to improve account and field delivery
* Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
* An enthusiastic, positive attitude
* A driven mindset with ambition to grow
* A full UK (or European) manual driving licence for at least 12 months
