Role - Maintenance Person
Location - EMDC, Castle Donington
Salary - £30, DOE
Hours – Full-time permanent
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Person to carry out planned and reactive general maintenance, as well as support with basic health and safety tasks, across our Castle Donington distribution centre.
Key responsibilities:
1. Carry out planned and reactive building maintenance
2. Repairs including joinery, painting, minor plumbing, and project work.
3. Install, maintain, and repair fixtures, fittings, and site equipment
4. Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency situations
5. Maintain a safe working environment supporting site health & safety compliance
About you:
6. Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities-based role
7. Strong all-round practical skills across building maintenance
8. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
9. Good awareness of safe working practices
10. IOSH training or a similar health & safety qualification would be advantageous
11. Full driving licence desirable
