Job title : Logistics Administrator

Salary : £25,000-£30,000 dependant on experience.

Location : Frome

Hours : Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm. (1 hour lunch per day).

To Start : ASAP

Contract : Permanent

Watson Gym Equipment is a world leading Gym Equipment Manufacturer exporting kit to our customers all over the world. With the continuous growth of our company, which we are lucky to say has been boosted by the current situation, we are in need of assistance in our logistics department. We have modern offices based in Frome with a young a vibrant energy, it is a very fast paced and busy environment, no two days are the same

This position as Logistics Administrator will see you working closely with our Logistics Manager co-ordinating the successful delivery of our products around the world.

The role will include:

* Entering related data to customer shipments and tracking shipments.
* Emailing customers with confirmations and keeping them informed during the shipping process.
* Prepare shipping documentation for shipping agents.
* Gather Export Documents and file to maintain auditing standards.
* Provide cover and assistance to the Logistics Manager.
* To support the dispatch office.
* General Department Administration.
* Creating shipping labels for box carriers.
* Booking in UK Pallets.
* Co-ordinating installation team travel/hotel accommodation.

The role is not exhaustive of this list, sometimes the role may include things outside of this such as helping to box things up. We are a team and will all muck in when we need to get a job done

What you should have:

-Experience within a logistics role, ideally experience with exporting ROW, EU and NI.

-Apassion/interest for sports and fitness or the gym.

-Highly proficient on a computer and confident using Microsoft office, Google Drive and Spreadsheets.

-Confident speaking to customers and businesses on the phone, able to easily build a rapport.

-Dynamic with a willingness to lean new skills.

-Reliable and punctual.

-Willing to offer ideas and help us make processes better.

-A team player.

The role is required "in person" with no option for hybrid working so the ability to reliably commute is essential.
