The successful candidate will prospect into new accounts, expand usage within existing customers, and ensure clients derive ongoing value from the NOW Platform.
Responsibilities include:
* Meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Managing sales opportunities and relationships via phone with influential contacts
* Understanding clients’ business drivers and mapping ServiceNow solutions accordingly
* Developing new opportunities through strategic prospecting
* Following the Value Selling process to win new business and expand existing accounts
* Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate sales cycles
* Providing accurate forecasts and strategic plans
* Achieving KPIs such as prospect meetings, pipeline growth, bookings, and renewals
* Mentoring team members and contributing to team projects
Travel may be required for training and meetings.
Qualifications
* Experience with AI integration in workflows or decision-making
* Proven success in telesales, lead follow-up, or new business sales
* 3+ years in software or solution sales
* Experience selling enterprise solutions via phone and video
* Understanding of complex sales processes
* Knowledge of sales automation or IT infrastructure management is a plus
* Excellent presentation, listening, and relationship-building skills
* Persistent, dependable, and deadline-oriented
