Installation Engineer - Full Time Vacancy
Rompa are the market leaders in sensory provision. We are hiring a full-time Installation Engineer to join our team in the fitting of specialist, sensory rooms.
Responsibilities
* Providing an installation service of sensory and soft play equipment into customers' premises, ensuring the highest quality, safety and workmanship at all times.
* Providing any joinery needs.
* Carrying out site surveys and risk assessments prior to the installation.
* Carrying out service calls and maintenance on our equipment, diagnosing and repairing any faults.
Qualifications
* Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card would be advantageous
* Current and clean driving licence
* Ability to use a wide range of tools
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills and a \'can do\' positive attitude
* Strong verbal communication skills and possess a tactful, polite and friendly approach
Other Information
* Candidates must have willingness to work away from home during the week; some weeks you could be away all week.
* An attractive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate - we also pay an overnight allowance.
* We pay for any evening meals and lunches whilst staying away.
* The hotels we use are a high standard and are as close as possible to the installation site.
* Due to the work environment of this role, the successful candidate will have their background checked with the DBS to ensure suitability.
