Job Summary
Admissions & Reception Officer – 29.6 hours per week (4 days) Tuesday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm, 42 weeks per year. Based in Ashford, with some possible cover in Weybridge, Surrey. Salary: £25,069.79 (BRK20) FTE – actual (£18,937.33).

Responsibilities
* Processing applications and making offers
* Greet visitors, students, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
* Providing comprehensive information on courses, funding, and entry requirements
* Liaise with other departments within the college to ensure a smooth transition for new students
* Ensuring compliance with government funding regulations
* Contributing to recruitment and marketing activities

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational ability
* A passion for education
* A genuine interest in helping others
* Experience in FE sector a distinct advantage, but not essential
