UC / CUCM / Webex Consultant (Permanent, Full Time)

From discovery to implementation, testing, and adoption, you’ll play a key role in shaping seamless communication experiences for our customers.

Salary – Up to £45,729 per annum dependant on experience plus 10% discretionary bonus
Location – Hull, Carr Lane (with travel as required)

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver UC tasks and small projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
* Run discovery sessions, confirm assumptions, and define dependencies for work packages.
* Create detailed implementation steps, test plans, rollback strategies, and change records.
* Execute cutovers under approved MOPs with peer review and change control.
* Configure CUCM, Unity, and Webex Calling following standard design patterns.
* Provision Webex Devices and Rooms, and complete PSTN onboarding steps.
* Produce comprehensive documentation including HLD/LLD, runbooks, and as-built guides.
* Support user adoption and capture lifecycle evidence for Cisco Partner Incentives.
* Progress through Cisco Black Belt Collaboration Stage 1 and Stage 2.
Essential
Candidate Requirements
* Practical experience delivering CUCM and Webex tasks and small projects.
* Strong knowledge of dial plans, SIP trunks, and survivability configurations.
* Ability to onboard Webex Calling users and devices, and set up Rooms.
* Cisco Black Belt Collaboration Stage 1 within 60 days, Stage 2 within 120 days.
* CCNA or equivalent hands-on experience in voice and collaboration.
* Confident communicator with excellent documentation skills and IT literacy.
* Self-aware, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
Preferred
* Industry experience in IT, utilities, or service provision.
* ITIL Foundation certification; exposure to UCCX/CCaaS and Rooms/MTR interop.
* Working toward CCNP Collaboration or equivalent.
