The role:
* Provide senior-level support for the delivery of high-impact change programmes and projects.
* Ensure robust governance, reporting, and assurance across portfolios/projects, in line with strategic priorities.
* Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders (both business and technology) to provide visibility, oversight, and actionable insights.
* Drive continuous improvement in the PMO function—tools, processes, reporting, resource utilisation, etc.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the full lifecycle PMO activities: planning, initiation, execution, monitoring & control, closure.
2. Produce and maintain high-quality management information (MI) / dashboards / board reports / executive pack materials.
