Job Summary
As a Care & Support Worker with a sector leader within mental health, you will support people across Hertfordshire with severe and enduring mental health needs. You will develop personalised, flexible and recovery‑focused support plans that help residents improve their quality of life and face the future with параметрох confidence.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement recovery‑focused support plans for residents.
* Provide compassionate care and support to residents with severe and enduring mental illness, including those with co‑existing substance misuse or learning difficulties.
* Facilitate independent living by supporting residents in shared dining, kitchen and lounge areas.
* Work flexible shift patterns, including late shifts, nights and weekends, inaugur per a rota system.
* Contribute to the successful delivery of residential rehabilitation for 5 residents.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience working with people who have long‑term mental health issues.
* Good understanding of the recovery model.
* Strong communication skills and a flexible, positive attitude.
Working Hours & Pay
Full‑time: 15 hours per week. Overtime available. Shift patterns include some weekends and bank holidays.
