Temporary Receptionist – Guildford, Surrey

£13-14 per hour (DOE) | Temporary dates with potential to extend

Interaction Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-recognised main dealership based in Guildford, Surrey. We are seeking a friendly and professional Temporary Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors.

What you’ll be doing:

Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
Accurately record calls and visits, and relay messages promptly
Perform general administrative duties, including managing emails and handling customer enquiries
Maintain the customer waiting area and showroom to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
Provide support with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth business operations
What we’re looking for:

Demonstrated experience in a customer service or receptionist role
A friendly, people-focused approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to quickly learn new systems
Key details:

Dates required: 26th & 27th July, 2nd & 3rd August, 9th & 10th August
(with potential for a longer booking depending on the candidate)
Hours:

Saturdays: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Sundays: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Pay: £13-14 per hour, dependent on experience
