Role Responsibilities:
1. Audit, monitor, and review all Soft and Hard FM services across NHS Lothian to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and technical guidance.
2. Undertake surveys and inspections, providing expert technical advice on all elements within the above function.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of NHS policy & guidance in all areas of specialist responsibility.
4. Monitor, update, and review the Statutory database (SCART) in collaboration with other Assurance Managers aligned to Estates.
