You’ll be a key player on a high-performance project team working on some of the most exciting developments in London. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing all project related documents, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and reports Making sure everything is organised, accurate, and accessible to the right people at the right time. Controlling the flow of information between contractors, engineers, clients, and the project team. Keeping records up to date and audit-ready, helping the team stay compliant and efficient. Using platforms like Aconex, Asite, or Viewpoint to track versions, updates, and approvals. Supporting the Project Manager and site team with structured document workflows and reporting. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a similar Document Controller role within construction or engineering. Confidence using common EDMS platforms (Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint, etc.).
