Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: £50,000 + approx. 15% Bonus

Location: Amersham (Hybrid, 3 days on-site)

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and is confident working across Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure.

You'll be responsible for delivering high-impact M365 tenant migrations, reviewing and optimising Azure infrastructure, and ensuring smooth integration between cloud and on-prem systems. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, working closely with the M365 Technical Lead and stakeholders across the group.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and execute end-to-end M365 tenant migrations, ensuring full data and workflow migration with minimal disruption.
2. Review and improve Azure environments across the organisation, ensuring alignment with the Microsoft Well-Architected Framework (Cost, Security, Reliability, Performance, Operational Excellence).
