We’re on the hunt for a passionate Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exciting menus, keeping operations running smoothly, and maintaining top-notch standards — even when the pressure's on.
What you’ll do:
* Cook up mouth-watering dishes to brand standards
* Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence
* Help create seasonal, local menus
* Manage stock, quality, and hygiene
* Train and inspire new team members
What you bring:
* 18+ months experience in a similar role
* A calm, confident approach in a busy kitchen
* A team-first mindset
* Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene
