What you’ll be doing: You’ll provide trusted administrative and project support across a wide range of HR activities, including: Performance and reward – supporting remuneration, benefits, and wellbeing initiatives Learning and development – helping to coordinate training and development activity across the business People-focused projects – assisting with ESG, ED&I, and charity/sports/social initiatives HR compliance & systems – maintaining accurate data and documentation across key systems, including the firm’s intranet Financial support – tracking budgets and helping manage supplier relationships Business continuity – supporting processes that ensure the security and resilience of our people and operations
