We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on our transformation programme. This is a full-time, permanent position working 37 hours per week, with a minimum of 20% of this to be office-based to promote collaboration and team working.

Here's the facts about the role:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be a key player in the transformation of VIVID. Your expertise in business processes, requirements gathering, and process improvements will be essential. You'll assist Programme and Project Managers in developing their plans, ensuring appropriate tasks are identified and realistic resource estimates are incorporated.
Initially working within our Programme team, you'll collaborate with the business to understand requirements and shape the To-Be Process for Income and Debt Recovery, Tenancy Management, Neighbourhoods, and Asset Management on a MS Dynamics platform. You'll be part of a team of Business Analysts liaising with business stakeholders, partners, and internal teams. Additionally, you'll contribute to developing our business analysis practice, sharing your expertise, with opportunities to manage small teams from time to time.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll have experience leading and mentoring Business Analysts on larger programmes/projects, with a good understanding of MS Dynamics features.
The role requires a detailed understanding of analysis methods, particularly Agile, including creating EPICs, Features, and User-Stories, and supporting activities such as refinements and playbacks. You should also have a good understanding of Project Management tools like Gantt charts, risk and issues logs, and business cases.
