One of my local government clients are currently recruiting for an experienced Caretaker to support in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment across local authority buildings. Key Responsibilities: * General building maintenance and site security * Conducting regular health and safety checks * Safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH guidelines * Supporting facilities staff with minor repairs, moving furniture, and preparing rooms * Responding promptly to maintenance and cleaning requests * Working both independently and as part of a team Requirements: * Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations * Knowledge of COSHH and appropriate chemical usage * Proven ability to work proactively and without supervision * Previous experience in a similar caretaker or facilities role preferred * Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual If interested in this role please send your CV to Lee-Juan at Coyle Personnel Ltd
