ROLE SUMMARY – CONSTRUCTION TRAINING MANAGER
The Construction Training Manager, based within the established Industries Workshop at HMP Forest Bank, will be responsible for managing, delivering, developing, and continuously improving a programme of Level 1/Level 2 accredited construction multi-skills and health and safety training for serving prisoners.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring excellent operational delivery within programmes focused on participant experience, achievement, and progression outcomes.
* Maintaining high-quality and standardised service delivery by tutors in line with awarding body requirements.
* Fostering effective relationships with prison staff, including officers and management.
* Meeting requirements of commissioners, partners, employers, and stakeholders.
* Driving the culture and values within the delivery team.
* Managing finances effectively and planning financially for the programme area.
