Key Responsibilities Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning. Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources. Promote positive behaviour and help manage classroom routines. Support children with additional needs, including those with SEND. Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events and activities. Requirements Experience working with children in a primary school setting is desirable. A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3) is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
