Aspire People, an education recruitment agency, are looking for Behaviour Mentors to support a specialist through school in Telford. This school caters specifically to students with SEMH and challenging behaviours, providing a supportive environment for both staff and students.
What Youll Do:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, helping them manage challenging behaviours
Foster a positive learning environment and promote emotional resilience
Work closely with teaching staff to implement behaviour management strategies
Support students in both academic and social development
Encourage positive behaviour and develop strategies to reduce behavioural issues
What Were Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or challenging behaviours
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
A calm, patient, and resilient personality
A passion for making a positive impact on young lives
Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training in behaviour management
