About the Role As a Salesforce Developer within our Operations team, you’ll work on key projects across the full development lifecycle—designing, coding, testing, deploying, and supporting Salesforce functionality. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, improve internal systems and processes, and deliver high-quality solutions that power our success. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Components Troubleshoot bugs and production issues across integrations and automation flows Manage user roles and permissions to ensure platform security and compliance Deliver clean, maintainable code that meets internal quality standards and SLAs Contribute to documentation, user support, and training to drive adoption Monitor integration performance and system data accuracy Create and enhance automations to eliminate manual processes Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and contribute to architectural decisions ✅ Essential Skills & Attributes Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java/Java frameworks Experience working with APIs and web services Able to roll out full processes, components, or major platform features independently Capable of quickly identifying and debugging cross-system issues Confident in evaluating and reviewing design choices made by others Logical thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills Experience & Qualifications 2 years of Salesforce development experience OR a relevant computer science qualification with 1 years of hands-on experience Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a strong advantage Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, App Builder) are a bonus Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to technical architecture decisions Active learning record via Trailhead or similar platforms is preferred Benefits Employee Assistance Programme Birthday Day Off Long Service Awards Half Year Awards Kudos Hiring process.
