It's a stable, steady daysâbased role where you can settle in, feel valued, and enjoy a supportive working environment without the stress or chaos of bigger industrial sites.Roles/ResponsibilitiesCarry out mechanical, electrical and pneumatic maintenance, faultâfinding and repairs across a range of production machinery.Provide dayâtoâday engineering support across site, ensuring equipment and processes run safely and reliably.Complete planned maintenance, routine checks and basic site upkeep, with specialist work passed to contractors when needed.Respond confidently to issues during the day shift, using sound judgement to keep production moving.Work closely with the engineering team to maintain a safe, organised and efficient operation.
