We are seeking an experienced Stock Condition & RdSAP Surveyor to carry out property surveys across the Hounslow area. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing detailed stock condition assessments andRdSAP surveys in line with client requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Stock Condition Surveys on social housing and residential properties.
Complete RdSAP (Reduced Data Standard Assessment Procedure) energy assessments.
Collect and record accurate data using digital tools - Lifespan
Identify and report on property condition, components, and repair needs.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety and data protection regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience conducting Stock Condition and RdSAP surveys.
Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) certification - ELMHURST or STERLING
Strong understanding of housing components, building pathology, and HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System).
Competent using mobile data collection tools and survey software
