About the Role
The school is seeking a proactive and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support students across KS3–KS5 in maintaining high standards of behaviour and engagement. You will work closely with Heads of Year, the SENCo and senior leaders to provide targeted intervention for pupils who require additional behavioural or emotional support.
The successful candidate will build strong, positive relationships with students, implement behaviour improvement strategies and support pupils both within lessons and through structured interventions outside the classroom. You will play a vital role in promoting a calm, purposeful learning environment across the school.
This role would particularly suit an individual considering a future career in teaching, pastoral leadership or educational psychology.
