Job Title: Performance Media Executive @ Leading Online Agency
Location: Central London (3 days in office / 2 remote)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing digital media agency as a Performance Media Executive, working across major leisure, sports, and entertainment clients during an exciting period of growth and innovation.
You’ll play a key role in the setup, management, and reporting of digital campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, and display - taking full ownership of campaign execution and performance insights.
You’ll work closely with experienced Account Managers and Directors, gaining exposure to high-value campaigns while developing your expertise across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on campaign setup across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), ensuring accuracy in targeting, budgets, tracking, and pacing
* Own trafficking and reporting processes across Campaign Manager, trafficking sheets, and dashboards
* Monitor campaign delivery and budgets, proactively flagging and resolving pacing issues
* Work with internal teams and media partners to optimise campaigns based on performance data and best practices
* Contribute to planning and buying through desk research, audience insight tools, and past performance analysis
Skills & Experience Required:
* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly paid search, paid social, and display
* Hands-on experience setting up and reporting on digital media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Campaign Manager)
* Comfortable using Excel/Sheets and reporting tools to analyse campaign data
