Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, organised, and Welsh-speaking Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including communication with parents, staff, and students, supporting the school’s day-to-day activities, and ensuring that Welsh is incorporated into relevant school functions and documentation. Fluency in both Welsh and English is essential, as this role involves working in a bilingual educational environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
6. Fluency in both Welsh and English, spoken and written, is essential.
7. Proven experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, ideally within a school or educational setting.
8. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and work under pressure.
9. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other common office management tools.
11. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
13. A positive, friendly attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
