Senior Procurement Manager Contract | Inside IR35 Rate: £33 per hour (Umbrella) Location: Flintshire (initially up to 100% onsite, moving to approximately 60% onsite thereafter) Contract duration: Until April 2026, with potential for extension We are currently supporting a public sector organisation with the appointment of an experienced Senior Procurement Manager on a long-term contract engagement. This role will lead end-to-end procurement activity within a complex, regulated environment and will involve direct line management responsibility. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver end-to-end procurement activity across multiple workstreams Manage the full procurement lifecycle from strategy through to contract award Provide leadership and people management to a small procurement team Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations and internal governance Work with ERP systems to support procurement activity and reporting Essential Experience Proven end-to-end procurement experience Strong understanding of the full procurement lifecycle Experience working with ERP systems Public sector procurement experience, ideally within a regulated or defence-related environment Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels Line management experience, typically managing 3 to 4 direct reports Desirable MCIPS Level 4 or above Additional Information Some form of security clearance may be required for this role Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams
