This is an exciting opportunity to join the OneCall team, we are looking for someone with the potential to make a difference to the lives of our clients, helping them maintain independent living in their own homes.
Any potential team member will have the drive and determination to do the very best for the residents that we serve in Stockton-on-Tees.
No two days are the same within OneCall, you could be office-based dealing with OneCall’s clients via our call handling platform one day, responding to clients in their own homes following a fall the next, and visiting clients’ homes to update their profiles the next, all are rewarding in their own way. This diverse role will suit those who are compassionate and supportive whilst also being both resourceful and efficient in their approach to the role. OneCall provide a car for use during your shift plus lifting equipment, PPE & full uniform.
The role consists of day and night-time shift work, working 12 hour shifts and covering a 24-hour period of service delivery.
