•Proficient in workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, NFR’s, current and ‘to be state analysis.
•Thoroughly analyses processes and data, presenting well-considered options for consideration.
•Analysis outputs well documented ensuring source traceability and adherence to specified standards and delivered within agreed timescales.
•Defines user acceptance criteria.
•Has an excellent working knowledge and understanding of the BA toolkit.
•Works independently, following BA processes and using the BA toolkit effectively.
•Seeks out help and guidance from other business analysts when needed.
•Peer review feedback reflected in all outputs and feedback required is taken on board.
•Undertake peer review checks on other Analyst’s work.
•Maintains and updates knowledge and skills within their area of specialism using the range of resources available.

•Migrations experience is an advantage
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
Domain Expertise:
•In-depth knowledge of UK Workplace Pension processes (auto-enrollment, annuities, scheme maintenance).
•Familiarity with pension administration platforms and related workflows.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
•Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
•Experience with tools like Visio for process mapping.
Behavioral Skills:
•Attention to detail, adaptability to regulatory changes, and strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Experience: 6–10 years in UK Life & Pensions domain or workplace pensions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; professional pension/financial services qualification is a plus.
