As Master Data Analyst, you will report to the Master Data Manager and play a pivotal role in executing Master Data Initiatives. You will work closely with our business to implement data governance policies and procedures, ensuring a single source of truth (golden record) using the Profisee MDM tool. You will uphold the Single Source of Truth (SSOT) principle, emphasizing the importance of having one trusted data source for decision-making.
What you’ll be doing as a Master Data Analyst
1. Establishing and maintaining a golden master record for all data assets.
2. Developing and sustaining a comprehensive data model aligned with business processes.
3. Setting up procedures for data matching and survivorship to ensure data accuracy.
4. Defining data relationships, workflow, and event processing models.
5. Implementing business rules, managing data governance activities, and handling MDM data mapping and ingestion.
6. Conducting data quality surveys, designing data quality rules, and maintaining high data standards.
7. Writing and supporting exception reports and KPIs, collaborating with the business to resolve data issues and ensure data trustworthiness.

Base Location: Reading - Hybrid
Working Pattern: 36 Hours
