Chef De Partie Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join a leading Catering business based in Andover. This is a full time, permanent position. Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie: - Producing high quality food for customers, working to food specifications - Handling and storing food items in a safe manner to prevent the spread of germs - Have an understanding of HACCP and SALSA standards - Occasionally shopping for products as and when required - Reporting and assisting the Head chef Requirements: - Previous experience as a Chef De Partie - Excellent level of English - Minimum of Level 2 Food & Hygiene - Allergen certification - First Aider at work certification This Chef De Partie position is paying from £29,000 depending on experience. You will be required to work 40 hours per week but the hours do vary. Either working 8am - 4.30pm or 10.30am - 7pm Working against a roster.
