We're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to drive critical initiatives across our Banking, Health and Retail verticals. How will you make an impact? Project leadership: Own delivery of complex banking, health and retail analytics projects, ensuring they're appropriately resourced, delivered on time, within budget, and to our highest standards Agile framework design: Architect fit-for-purpose agile methodologies that accommodate the unique rhythms of data science experimentation, engineering sprints, and platform review cycles Stakeholder management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business impacts and trade-offs across multiple time zones Strategic planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and facilitate seamless internal coordination The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team: Delivery expertise: Demonstrated experience in delivery management or project management roles, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects from inception to completion Technology environment experience: Strong experience managing projects within technology environments, particularly those involving data analytics, software engineering or cloud-based platforms Tool proficiency: Experience working with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, with the ability to establish effective workflows and reporting structures Technical knowledge: Knowledge of agile methodologies and cloud infrastructure concepts Stakeholder management: Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging effectively across organisational levels Communication excellence: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and vice versa Organisational skills: Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail, documentation and process Remember – you might not tick all the boxes, but don't let that stop you from applying.
