Senior HR Business Partner

Gen Phoenix is making material circularity possible at an epic scale – rescuing 10,000+ tonnes of leather waste and creating premium materials trusted by Coach, Dr. Martens, and Daimler. We're scaling rapidly with strategic backing and need an entrepreneurial and energetic HR BP to fuel our growth.
What you'll drive:
* Partner with our CPO on workforce planning & talent strategy
* Act as a trusted advisor to Managers on employee relations and performance
* Champion culture initiatives, DEI, and employee engagement program
* Coach managers to build leadership capability through workshops and development
* Lead complex employee relations cases and change management projects
* Challenge existing HR norms and design innovative people solutions
* Manage recruitment strategy and agency partnerships
* Maintain and review HR data and metrics
You bring:
* Proven HRBP or Senior HR Generalist experience
* Strong employment law knowledge and analytical mindset
* Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to challenge the status quo
* Commercial acuity and stakeholder management excellence
* Scale-up/high-growth environment experience
* Energy and passion for building something extraordinary
Location: Peterborough PE7 3HH | Full-time or 4 days/week | Competitive salary w. bonus
