Day-to-day of the role:
* Oversee the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Maintain high standards of food quality and service to meet customer expectations.
* Manage and train staff to uphold our service standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
* Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies to ensure the bar and restaurant are well-stocked.
