Job Description
1. Provide legal advice and counsel on intellectual property matters.
2. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to intellectual property.
3. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
4. Assist in the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications.
5. Collaborate with clients to address their intellectual property concerns.
6. Represent clients in intellectual property disputes and litigation.
7. Stay updated on developments and trends in intellectual property law.
8. Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
