The Opportunity
Our housing association is looking for a Plumber – Multi‑Trade operative to join our dedicated Voids Team, ensuring empty properties are turned around quickly, safely, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys varied tasks, and thrives in a fast‑paced social housing environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plumbing repairs and maintenance across void properties (primary trade).
2. Ensuring all work meetspliance, safety, and quality standards.
3. Working independently to diagnose issues andplete works efficiently.
Maintaining accurate job records andmunicating effectively with supervisors and tenants when needed.
Essential Requirements
4. NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing.
5. Previous experience in social housing repairs or maintenance.
6. Own tools suitable for plumbing and basic multi‑trade work.
7. A full UK driving licence.
8. Ideally, access to your own van. If used for business travel, mileage is paid at 45p per mile.
Vehicle & Travel
If you choose to use your own van for work‑related travel, you will receive 45p per mile for all authorised business mileage. Apany vehicle may be considered after the temp‑to‑perm transition depending on operational needs.

10. Immediate start available.
11. Full‑time hours, Monday–Friday.
