Senior Quantity Surveyor – Groundworks – Halifax - £70k + Package My client is about to start on site with a brand new £10m groundworks package for a new build housing site in Halifax. They are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a commercial lead on this major project as well as provide input into a further smaller scheme in Pudsey. This project will guarantee local work for 4 years, working for a well‑established civil engineering and groundworks subcontractor with a strong pipeline of residential work across the region. The successful candidate will be the commercial driver on the project, overseeing all financial, contractual and cost‑control elements from pre‑construction through to final account.
