Role Responsibilities
As Audit Director, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and compliance
* Reviewing and signing off audit reports where applicable, with RI status desirable but not essential
* Providing leadership and support to the audit team, fostering a high-performance culture
* Collaborating with Directors and Partners to implement the firm’s growth strategies
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
* Supporting business development initiatives to expand the firm’s client base and services
* Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and ensuring the firm’s compliance

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will:
* Be ACA or ACCA qualified with substantial experience in senior audit roles within UK practice
* Have a proven track record in managing client portfolios and delivering audit services
* Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of audit processes and regulations
* Possess excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop others
* Be commercially minded, capable of identifying growth opportunities
* Have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
