Join Our Team: Fundraising Administrator (Part-Time)
Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for making a difference? The Royal National College for the Blind (RNC) and its sister charity, Blindcare, are seeking a Fundraising Administrator to support our dynamic fundraising team in delivering impactful campaigns and events that help transform lives.
As Fundraising Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our fundraising operations. From donor stewardship and database management to event coordination and communications, your work will help us meet and exceed our fundraising goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for fundraising enquiries via phone, email, post, and in person.
* Manage fundraising admin tasks including collection tins, banking, legacy tracking, and Blindcare support.
* Maintain accurate donor records using Donorfy and assist with Gift Aid processing.
* Support donor communications, stewardship activities, and fundraising campaigns.
* Research and profile potential funders and donors.
* Build and manage an alumni database with regular email and social media engagement.
* Coordinate logistics for fundraising events and support digital/print communications.
* Ensure GDPR compliance and data integrity.
* Provide diary management, meeting support, and general admin duties
