The Role
As a key member of the teaching team, you’ll take on exciting responsibilities — from leading small group interventions to covering whole classes and supporting teachers across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. What You’ll Do
• Deliver engaging lessons and activities in the absence of the class teacher
• Support differentiated learning for pupils across a range of abilities
• Work closely with teachers to plan and assess learning outcomes
• Provide targeted intervention and pastoral support
• Encourage positive behaviour and a love of learning

• HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
