We're looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our projects team based in London.
Location: London - Heathrow
Hours: 40 hours per week

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll collaborate with our commercial team to maximise project margins through effective contract management. You'll support the measurement and valuation of work, helping to ensure projects remain financially sound while nurturing positive relationships with clients and suppliers alike.
What will you be responsible for?
As An Assistant Quantity Surveyor, You'll Be Working Within The Commercial Team, Supporting Them In Maximising Planned Gross Margins And Mitigating Contractual Risks. Your Day To Day Will Include
Supporting the Quantity Surveyor with contract administration and documentation
Assisting with the measurement and valuation of work to support client invoicing and supplier payments
Helping identify, evaluate and agree variations to contracts within delegated authorities
Supporting the development of positive commercial relationships with clients and the supply chain
Collaborating with the team to recognise contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies
