They are looking for a Head of Growth & Commercial Strategy to head up their Sales and Relationship Management team in EMEA and APAC.

What You'll Do
* Defines and executes the overall commercial strategy to drive revenue growth across new and existing clients.
* Identifies and develops new market opportunities, including geographies, client segments, and strategic partnerships.
* Leads client acquisition efforts and sales team performance, while expanding relationships and increasing wallet share with existing clients.
* Acts as the senior commercial lead, aligning closely with product, operations, and technology to ensure client needs are met.
* Oversees product strategy direction to ensure new offerings and innovations match commercial priorities and market demand.
* Monitors market trends and performance metrics, reporting to leadership while shaping positioning, brand visibility, and commercial outcomes.
