We are recruiting for a leading global manufacturer and supplier to the construction industry, as they continue to deliver innovative solutions and build lasting partnerships across the sector.
They require a Key Account Manager to manage and grow their Strategic Partner Agreements, acting as the face of the company for key accounts. You will work closely with contractors, developers, and internal teams to drive demand, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional service.
The Role
* Manage and develop key strategic customer accounts
* Create demand for products and system solutions
* Build relationships across all levels, executive to site
* Track partner project pipelines and provide accurate forecasts
* Identify and pursue new business with targeted contractors/developers
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical, Site Services)
* Deliver training, support promotional events, and stay current on market trends
The Person
* Key Account Manager or National Account Manager experience in the Construction industry
* Knowledge of the key major contractors in the industry
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
* Strong knowledge of the construction industry and project life cycles
* Self-motivation, strategic thinking, and a results driven mindset
* CRM proficiency and strong organisational abilities
* Willingness to travel and spend time on site and at customer offices
