We're recruiting for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor ready to advance their career or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected contractor with a 30 year track record of delivering new build, refurbishment and fit-out schemes across the UK. With projects typically valued up to £30m, they work across the education, leisure, healthcare and commercial sectors - combining the professionalism of a tier one contractor with the agility and personal touch of a regional builder. The Role Your first project will be a new build school extension in Durham, where you'll oversee the full commercial lifecycle - from early procurement and cost planning through to contract administration and final accounts. You'll split your time between site and office, giving you both hands-on project involvement and the ability to shape the commercial strategy. Beyond this scheme, you'll gain exposure to a varied pipeline of work, including leisure centres, university buildings, healthcare facilities and commercial refurbishments.
