* Trauma backgrounds and disrupted educational experiencesPupils may display behaviours linked to anxiety, dysregulation, or attachment needs.
Staff are supported to use consistent, trauma-informed approaches and positive behaviour strategies.________________________________________The RoleAs a SEN Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to a wide range of abilities Create a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development Work closely with Teaching Assistants and wider multidisciplinary teams

* Supportive leadership and ongoing CPD opportunities________________________________________The Ideal Candidate Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has experience working with SEN, particularly SEMH and/or ASC Demonstrates a calm, resilient, and adaptable teaching style Has a strong understanding of behaviour management and trauma-informed practice
