We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and help us attract outstanding, values-driven educators. This is a key role focused on recruiting teachers and tutors across outreach and school-based Alternative Provision settings. The Role: * Source, screen, and interview teachers and tutors for placements across Essex * Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, schools, and partner providers * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from first contact through to placement * Ensure all recruitment activity meets Safer Recruitment and KCSIE requirements * Proactively develop new and existing client relationships * Maintain accurate compliance and candidate records in line with GDPR About You: * Proven experience in recruitment (education recruitment desirable) * Good understanding of Alternative Provision, SEN, or education support services * Strong safeguarding, compliance, and attention to detail * Confident communicator with a proactive, phone-first approach * Highly organised, resilient, and c...
